When there are tight headroom situations or an extra wide door is required, Commercial Industries provides the superior quality of R & S steel roll-up doors. Roll-up doors are installed with full perimeter weather seals to cut down on weather infiltration and wind noise, heavy duty hardware for maximum service life with minimum maintenance and factory prime paint finish. Doors are available with chain hoist operators or power operators with auxiliary chain hoist for the optimum in convenience and a reduction in maintenance. Trimmed framed openings for the overhead doors are heavy 14 gauge steel for correct alignment. Extra heavy 10 gauge steel framed openings are available for situations where extra durability and support are required.
